Hotel did not have a lift and we were travelling with an infant and a buggy. Tried to order a sandwich from the bar only to be told that I would have to order room service to get a sandwich that they could not be sold at the bar. The staff was lovely and very helpfull. The reception area of the hotel is situated what looks to be at the back of the hotel not the best first impression of the hotel.
